To ensure the highest level of transparency and protect our customers' rights when booking and paying for travel services, Jasmine Tours Ha Giang hereby outlines our Payment Policy in full detail at jasminehagiang.com.

I. PAYMENT METHODS

Jasmine Tours Ha Giang accepts the following payment methods:

1. Online Payment via OnePay (Visa/MasterCard)

Customers input their card information on the Jasmine Tours Ha Giang payment interface, including:

• Card Number
• Expiration Date
• CSC (Card Security Code)
• Name on Card

Then check the box: “I have read and agree to OnePay’s Data Protection and Processing Policy.”

The cardholder will enter an OTP (One-Time Password) sent via SMS/email or verify through their bank’s mobile application.

The booking is considered confirmed once the screen displays a successful payment message.

2. Online Payment via Domestic ATM Card – OnePay

Customers their bank and input the following information on the Jasmine Tours Ha Giang payment interface:

• Issue Date
• Cardholder Name

An OTP code will be sent to the registered phone number/email, or verified via the bank’s app.

The booking is confirmed once the screen shows a successful transaction.

3. On-Site Payment (Direct Payment)

This method only applies to paying the remaining balance (80%) upon check-in.

It is not available for online bookings made via the website.

Customers can pay by cash or bank transfer to Jasmine Tours Ha Giang’s account on the day of check-in.

II. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking, including bus tickets, motorbike rentals, tours, and other related services. This deposit will be deducted the total cost and is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe, the booking may be canceled.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than the check-in date at Jasmine Tours Ha Giang.

Currency: All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

Confirmation Email: Within 24 hours after payment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Bus schedule
• Departure date
• Nearest pick-up location

⚠️ During peak seasons, email delivery may take longer than usual. If you do not receive any confirmation after payment, please contact us immediately at support@jasminehagiang.com or call +84 375 299 476 / +84 974 205 994 to ensure your booking is secured.

Important Note: Jasmine Tours Ha Giang is not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from:

• Incorrect email address or WhatsApp number provided by the customer
• Failure to notify us via email about missing confirmations
• Refusal to use the booked service without prior communication
